The library welcomes people of all abilities. If you or your child require a program to be in an accessible format, please call us at 814-467-4950, Facebook message us, or use the Contact page at least a week ahead in advance so arrangements can be made. There are usually about five children in our Story Time and we have a meeting room where kids can go to get a break from noises.
